These general terms and conditions apply to the use of the website altheavive.com, the purchase of products through our online store, and all agreements between the customer and AltheaVive, an online store and trade name of DCSHOOPS LTD.

2. Online Store and Customer Information

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, any additional shipping costs, return costs, or re-shipment costs are at the customer's expense.

Discount codes, promotions, and offers are only valid within the stated terms and conditions and cannot be applied retroactively to orders already placed.
6. Uncollected Packages
If a package is not collected from a pickup point or is refused at the door without there being an error on our part or on the part of the carrier, we will charge an administrative fee of €15.00 for the shipping and return costs incurred. This amount will be deducted from the refund of the product price. The customer is entitled to a refund of the product amount minus €15.00. This fee does not apply if the non-delivery is demonstrably the result of an error on our part or on the part of the carrier.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Our shipping terms form part of these general terms and conditions. The stated delivery times are estimates and not guarantees, unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays caused by carriers, peak periods, holidays, customs inspections, force majeure, or other external circumstances do not automatically entitle the customer to cancellation or compensation.
